Delta Podsedensek Architekten ZT GmbH has existed since mid-2020 through the merger of Architekt Podsedensek ZT GmbH with Delta Ziviltechniker GmbH Vienna. With around 60 employees and over 40 years of experience and expertise in each case, it forms one of the largest architectural offices in Austria.
This enables us to implement projects of all sizes – from urban development to office and residential buildings to complex pharmaceutical and healthcare buildings and holistically. The entire construction cycle can be completely covered from the idea to the handover.

For integral and interdisciplinary planning, we use both analog and digital methods of cooperation. Personal contact is as important as modern technology. BIM (Building Information Modeling) has been our standard for many years and brings transparency and efficiency to the planning process. With highly developed tools such as virtual or augmented reality, we make it possible to walk through the building during the planning phase and experience it up close.
Digital Data Environment: Datenpool
Datenpool is a digital instrument for communication, documentation, and plan management that was developed by us especially for managing construction projects. It enables a reliable distribution of documents and efficient communication. We provide all project participants with a platform for the exchange of documents and messages as well as the review and approval of plans, invoices, etc.
