GENERAL PLANNING

As a general planner, in addition to architecture, we also manage the planning areas of statics, HVAC systems, electrical engineering, building physics, fire protection, laboratory planning, medical technology, and any other disciplines with long-standing, renowned partners.

As a general planner, we are therefore the contact persons for all planning processes andcontrol the course of the entire project. The client is provided with a proven, interdisciplinary, integrally cooperating team. Interfaces are reduced, gaps in the allocation of planning services are avoided.

BIM

As BIM users from the very beginning, we are able to manage projects of any size using intelligent 3D, 4D and 5D building models.

We are BIM.

The three-dimensional building model is the carrier of both the graphic and geometric attributes as well as supplementary parameters such as costs and deadlines (4D and 5D).

The BIM model serves as a basis for all the specialist planners involved to process it. It is constantly being evolved during the individual planning phases.

The IFC interface (Industry Foundation Classes) is used in the planning process for data exchange that is standardized throughout Europe.

With 360° panoramic visualizations and all relevant information on the building, BIM facilitates the planning process.

Different perspectives thanks to Augmented Reality

With Augmented Reality we can create an extended reality, which contains additional information for the user or the facility manager, depending on their needs and requirements. In real estate marketing, for example, Augmented Reality also makes it possible to use a QR code to display two-dimensional plans as a three-dimensional building with additional material information.

 

Augmented Reality makes it possible to view the building from various angles or “glasses” and to get a picture of the project. The virtual building is optimally presented and can therefore be used in different ways as desired.

Through the building with virtual reality

The creation of a 3D building model with 360° panoramic visualizations and the use of virtual reality are no longer visions of the future with BIM. This means that the building is realized exactly as the client imagines it. DELTA PODS architects already use VR glasses successfully.

As local construction supervisors, we represent the interests of the client on the construction site, organize the companies on site and control the quality of the execution and the invoiced quantities.

FEASIBILITY STUDY & MASTER PLAN

In order to be able to consider long-term strategies master plans are becoming increasingly important. We examine the feasibility of a project in terms of urban planning, architectural, building law, functional, scheduling, organizational, and financial feasibility. The development is carried out in the steps of analysis, concept development, and presentation in order to provide a profound basis for decision-making.

Datenpool was developed by us especially for the management of construction projects to ensure a reliable distribution of documents and efficient communication. The basis of the system is a central server solution with access to the Internet, which provides a platform for all project participants to exchange documents and messages as well as to check and approve plans, invoices etc.
